Daniel Miklos

Daniel P. Miklos is a Partner at Silberstein & Miklos, P.C. He earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 2001 and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2004. He has completed internships with the New York State Assembly and the Nassau County District Attorney's Office. Daniel is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Pi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. His practice covers negligence, personal injury, premises liability, car accidents, medical malpractice, construction accidents, and nursing home abuse.
