David Saxman

David Saxman is an associate at Silberstein & Miklos, P.C. His practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and other personal injury actions. A graduate of New York University School of Law, David was selected for the prestigious Excelsior Service Fellowship Program in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a New York State government agency focused on the regulatory complexities of financial technologies, including Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
