Jessica Petry

Jessica C. Petry is an attorney at Silberstein & Miklos, P.C., where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice litigation. She represents individuals and families harmed by medical negligence and assists in all stages of complex litigation, including case evaluation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, expert review, and trial preparation. Jessica earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she participated in the Health Law Society, Public Justice Foundation, Dispute Resolution Society, Federal Bar Association, and Women's Bar Association. She also volunteered with the Pro Se Legal Assistance Program. She holds a B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Adelphi University, with a minor in Political Science and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management. A former NCAA Division II student-athlete, she brings a disciplined approach to her work.
