Cassidy Jensen

Cassidy Jensen is the Managing Partner of Silva Injury Law, Inc. She is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with care, integrity, and dedication to their recovery, with a particular focus on advocating for survivors of abuse and violence.

Originally from American Falls, Idaho, Jensen relocated to California in 2012. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science magna cum laude from Chapman University in 2016, where she served as Interfaith Center President and competed on Chapman's National Forensics team, earning regional and national accolades and graduating as Senior of the Year. She received her Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in Provo, Utah.

Before joining Silva Injury Law, Jensen practiced family law at McCormick Barstow and worked with victims of sexual assault and domestic violence across the Utah and California legal markets. She has also worked for law firms in Hong Kong.

She is a certified sexual trauma responder and has been recognized with the California Bar Association's Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services and the Legal Aid Society of San Diego's Outstanding Service Award. She maintains a personal advocacy platform at weallhavelight.com, informed by her own experience as a sexual assault survivor.
