
About Andrew Bluth
Andrew Bluth is a partner in the Sacramento office of Singleton Schreiber and, along with Chris Rodriguez, leads the firm's Mass Tort practice group. Mr. Bluth has spent his career litigating complex civil disputes in state and federal court, trying cases to juries and judges throughout California and the nation. His experience includes consumer class action cases, unfair business practice claims, and environmental cases, as well as matters involving the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, California's two-party consent telephone recording statutes, health care, contract disputes, and banking. He graduated in 2004 from the University of California-Davis School of Law, where he was President of the Moot Court Honors Board and graduated as a member of the Order of the Barristers. He has been regularly recognized as a Sacramento Magazine Top Lawyer.
