About Andrew Kochanowski
The practice has allowed me to learn about a large number of different, and hugely interesting, business areas, from patent research and development to start-ups, to technology and distribution companies. I enjoy the rigor of learning new substantive areas of law in just about each case. One day I will be immersed in a business that imports steel presses from Slovenia, another in a car distribution network in Turkey, and another in a Chinese joint venture. Nowhere else could I have this type of experience other than in what I do. Andrew Kochanowski has practiced complex federal litigation for over 30 years, and primarily represents companies and individuals as plaintiffs in complex business and intellectual property disputes, RICO violations, torts, multi-party and extra-territorial litigation, class actions, and similar matters. Andy has successfully represented both companies and individuals from around the world, in a range of complex civil matters. For example, Andy has represented European and Asian clients in litigation and licensing disputes involving intellectual property matters. He has also represented research and development companies, automotive suppliers, and Lloyd's of London.
