About Tad Roumayah
From a very early age, I have had a strong sense of social justice and a commitment to fight for the underdog. I bring these values to each case as I represent employees who have had their rights violated by their employers. A termination can leave an employee and the employee's family scrambling, especially when the firing was done illegally and through no fault of the employee. I most enjoy being able to"right the ship" after a job loss by assisting my clients in obtaining remedies for violations of their workplace rights and allowing them to move forward productively and successfully. The best part of my job, by far, is receiving a "thank you" card or e-mail from a client letting me know that I have made a positive difference in the client's life. Tad Roumayah takes on employers of all sizes in state and federal courts, representing employees who have faced discrimination and retaliation. Tad regularly brings cases against employers under: Tad also handles cases involving breaches of employment contracts, wrongful discharges and other employment issues and disputes affecting workers and their families.
