Michael Feiner

Michael A. Feiner is a partner at Steinger, Greene & Feiner in Florida, with more than 24 years of experience representing injured plaintiffs. His practice covers automobile negligence, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, dog bite claims, wrongful death, and sexual harassment cases. He has gained national notoriety for representing individuals with brain injuries.

Feiner has secured settlements and verdicts resulting in tens of millions of dollars for his clients. He successfully litigated the landmark case Ortlieb v. Butts, 849 So.2d 1165, which altered Florida's rear-end collision liability law, and handled a notable product liability case against Microsoft.

He earned his B.A. from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

Feiner was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 and is also licensed in the Tennessee State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2001), and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

He is a member of the American Association for Justice, The Florida Bar, the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Broward County Bar Association.
