About Frank Floriani
Frank V. Floriani is a member of the firm and leads Sullivan Papain's Product Liability and Complex Litigation department. A second-generation lawyer, he joined the firm in 1979 and has been a member since 1986. His work spans defectively designed products, professional liability, maritime claims, construction site accidents, aviation disasters, railway worker claims, and toxic torts. He argued and won the landmark Friedman v. State of New York, in which New York's highest court greatly expanded citizens' rights to sue municipalities over dangerous roadway designs. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He was named New York City Products Liability Lawyer of the Year for 2015.
