Joseph Rozovsky

Joseph Rozovsky is an Associate at the firm who handles personal injury, negligence litigation, construction, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Before joining Sullivan Papain, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where he investigated and prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases and was promoted to Senior Assistant District Attorney. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer in New York by The National Trial Lawyers and as a New York Metro Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2022-2025).
