About Robert Sullivan
Robert G. Sullivan is the firm's senior member and one of America's top trial lawyers, with a reputation built over more than 40 years of trying cases that have shaped the law of negligence in New York. He joined the firm in 1972 as a clerk to legendary trial lawyer Harry Lipsig, graduated law school in 1973, was admitted to the bar in 1974, and became a member of the firm just two years later. In 1977 he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. His courtroom and settlement successes have provided tens of millions of dollars to injured clients, and he continues to direct the firm's growth while remaining available for the most complex matters.
