Emily Mehr

Emily Mehr brings more than two decades of legal and leadership experience to Sweet James Accident Attorneys. For approximately 15 years, she served as the founder, owner, and managing attorney of a California workers' compensation law firm, where she built and managed the practice from its inception. In that role, Emily oversaw all aspects of firm operations including litigation oversight, client service processes, and team leadership. As Chief Operating Officer of Sweet James, Emily oversees the firm's operational functions and focuses on improving internal processes and the overall client experience. Her responsibilities include evaluating workflows, supporting attorney and staff performance, and ensuring consistent client communication throughout each case. She is a licensed attorney in California.
