Michael Houshmand

Michael Houshmand is an attorney with over a decade of experience representing businesses and individuals in litigation arising out of commercial contracts, landlord-tenant disputes, copyright matters, real estate disputes, and insurance coverage. He has represented numerous insurers in complex, multi-party coverage litigation. Mr. Houshmand is admitted to practice before all California state courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California. He obtained his B.A. from UC Irvine and earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Iranian American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
