Tom McPherson

Tom McPherson is an attorney at The Advocates Injury Attorneys, specializing in personal injury litigation. He has more than 16 years of legal experience, including eight years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where he tried over 40 felony cases to verdict, and additional years as in-house counsel for Allstate (Philadelphia) and State Farm (Seattle), trying more than 50 civil jury trials.

McPherson earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Washington State Association for Justice.
