Russell Shrauner

Jeremiah Russell (J. Russell) Shrauner is a Midland-native West Texas injury attorney who heads The Carlson Law Firm's Midland office. He started at the firm as a clerk, was sworn into the Texas Bar in April 2018, and now represents clients across 33+ Texas counties. Russell focuses on commercial trucking wrecks, oilfield injuries, toxic torts, and premises liability. Before law school, he worked in oil and gas production. Working with the Carlson team, Russell has recovered over $23.9 million for clients, with individual settlements ranging from $975,000 to $5 million.
