Juan Dominguez

Juan J. Dominguez is the founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of The Dominguez Firm, LLP, a Los Angeles-based personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment law practice with a legal staff of over 120 employees. He opened his practice in 1987 and under his leadership, the firm has secured over $1 billion in verdicts and settlements. He came to the U.S. at age 10 as a Spanish-speaking immigrant. Before law school, he worked for several years in the emergency rooms of major trauma centers at UCLA Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital in Lynwood, developing the compassion that shaped his legal career. He has a long history of charitable giving, supporting over 50 charitable causes.
