Nick Brady

Nick Brady is a former prosecutor who spent over 10 years with the Office of the State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Tampa. He served as a deputy chief in a felony division, trying over 70 jury trials and handling hundreds of non-jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and depositions on cases ranging from misdemeanor DUIs to first-degree murder. He also worked in specialty divisions covering arson, domestic violence, and gun and gang violence. Nick now applies that courtroom experience to personal injury cases at The Florida Law Group. He grew up in New Jersey, received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, and earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, which is ranked number one in trial advocacy.
