Elizabeth Miller

Elizabeth Miller is an Associate Attorney at The Higgins Firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where she specializes in nursing home neglect and medical malpractice litigation, with additional experience in personal injury and premises liability matters.

Miller joined The Higgins Firm in 2016. Earlier in her career she worked in civil litigation, corporate discovery, and insurance defense.

She earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2006 and her B.A. in Music and Philosophy from Furman University in 2002. During law school she participated in the Elder Law Clinic.
