Richard Piliponis

Richard 'Rick' Piliponis is a Partner at The Higgins Firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where he serves as a principal partner for the Serious Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation and the Probate and Estate Planning sections of the firm. He primarily oversees the firm's nursing home abuse, neglect, and medical malpractice divisions.

Piliponis earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago and his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.
