
About Brian Orlow
Brian Seth Orlow is the Managing Partner of The Orlow Firm. A lifelong New Yorker, he combines sharp legal skill with an approachable demeanor that puts clients at ease. Brian earned a B.A. in Economics from Queens College (1994) and his J.D. from Touro College's Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (1997). He was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 1997 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1998.
Over more than 25 years of practice, he has litigated personal injury and civil rights cases throughout New York State. His economics background allows him to quantify damages with precision, and his courtroom work is grounded in solid legal doctrine. Brian is active in the Queens County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Brandeis Bar Association, where he is known for mentoring younger attorneys. His $5 million lead poisoning settlement in a foster home case is among the firm's top recoveries.
