Kevin M. Carnie Jr. has secured nearly half a billion dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients, with experience spanning catastrophic personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, civil rights, and complex business litigation. His product liability cases involve cranes, vehicles, construction and factory equipment, and medical devices.
