Kevin Carnie

Kevin M. Carnie Jr. has secured nearly half a billion dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients, with experience spanning catastrophic personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, civil rights, and complex business litigation. His product liability cases involve cranes, vehicles, construction and factory equipment, and medical devices. In business litigation, he has handled antitrust, securities fraud, insurance coverage, patent infringement, and consumer fraud matters. Among his notable results is a $109 million verdict for an asphalt company after proving a quarry supplier misrepresented the quality of its base rock, and a $32.4 million TCPA class-action verdict involving robocalls. He has also obtained a $20 million settlement for children with disabilities following discovery of abusive conditions on their school buses, and a $24 million settlement for a man catastrophically injured in an industrial equipment accident.
