H. Ronald Stanley

H. Ronald Stanley is a native of Conway, South Carolina and a graduate of Virginia State College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He has been engaged in the practice of law in Columbia since 1977 and is licensed to practice in both the State and Federal Courts of South Carolina and before the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Over his career, Mr. Stanley has handled numerous wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases resulting in significant jury verdicts and settlements. He has served by special appointment as an Administrative Law Judge for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and for the South Carolina Alcohol and Beverage Control Commission, and he is often retained to represent South Carolina state agencies and local governmental entities in civil lawsuits. Mr. Stanley is a certified mediator and a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference.
