Joseph Jestus

Joseph Jestus is a Litigation Attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado, handling personal injury cases across multiple practice areas.

Jestus grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee. After law school, he joined Colorado's Public Defender's Office, where he tried numerous cases and represented thousands of clients. He briefly worked at a small criminal defense firm before joining The Wilhite Law Firm.

During law school, he worked at the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic, advocating for low-income tenants, and the Legal Aid Criminal Defense Clinic.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Villanova University.
