Marianella Medelius

Marianella Medelius is a Pre-Litigation Attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado. She is bilingual and brings experience in immigration law, family law, and personal injury cases.

Born in Lima, Peru in 1986, Medelius immigrated to the United States in 2004 after completing high school.

Medelius earned her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 2012, graduating Cum Laude. During law school, she served on the Law Review board and worked at a non-profit assisting immigrant domestic violence victims and at Legal Aid of North Carolina. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

She is admitted to the Colorado, North Carolina, and Virginia bars.

She is fluent in Spanish.
