Richard Rose

Richard Rose is Vice-President and Attorney/Shareholder at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado. He has practiced personal injury litigation since joining the firm in 1979 and dedicates 75% of his practice to litigation.

Early in his career, he served as a law clerk to Denver District Court Judge Robert P. Fullerton.

His legal work appears in 15 published Colorado and Federal appellate decisions, including Sears, Roebuck & Co. v. Baca (682 P.2d 11, Colo. 1984) and Patterson v. Cronin (650 P.2d 531, Colo. 1982).

Rose earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law in 1978 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Denver in 1974, where he was a member of the National Social Science Honor Society.

He is admitted to the Colorado Bar (1978), U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado (1978), and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit (1978).

He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, and was a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (1993-2005) and American Bankruptcy Institute (1999-2005).
