Richard W. Hunnicutt, III

Richard W. Hunnicutt, III is an accomplished trial attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience. He has personally handled over 250 jury trials and secured favorable verdicts for numerous clients in courts across Texas. He is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Having practiced on both sides of the docket, Mr. Hunnicutt brings a distinctive perspective on how to negotiate with and conduct discovery against defense companies. He earned his J.D. from Baylor School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers.
