Brad Mitchell

Brad J. Mitchell is a partner at Thornton Law Firm LLP who joined the firm in 1999. He concentrates on toxic exposure litigation, including birth defects and cancer cases involving glycol ethers, benzene, solvents, and other hazardous substances. He has represented clients exposed to toxic substances in semiconductor chip manufacturing, printing, painting, and other industries. He is a graduate of Colby College (B.A., 1989) and Vermont Law School (J.D., 1998), where he was a Note Editor for the Vermont Law Review. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association and is admitted in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
