Marilyn McGoldrick

Marilyn T. McGoldrick directs the firm's defective drugs and medical devices litigation and heads its health care subrogation practice. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. She is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association. She holds a BV Distinguished rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been a Massachusetts Super Lawyer. Since 2019 she has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions, and Product Liability Litigation. She is admitted to the Massachusetts bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
