About Todd Miner

Todd Miner is the founding attorney of Todd Miner Law. He was born and raised in Florida as the second oldest of nine children and worked his way through college at the University of Central Florida, where he unloaded semi-trucks and sorted packages at UPS for four years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a pre-law emphasis and served as president of the Political Science Pre-Law Union and as a justice on the Honor Court's Judicial Counsel. Todd earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Nova Law Reporter, a member of Moot Court, and served as Chief Prosecutor for the Honor Court. During his final semester, he served as a certified legal intern with the Office of State Attorney, Ninth Judicial Circuit, and was offered an Assistant State Attorney position immediately upon graduation. As an ASA, he prosecuted DUI, reckless driving, and traffic-related offenses. He then joined an insurance defense firm handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases for major rental car companies and insurers, and later worked directly for State Farm, receiving training from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Todd draws on his prosecution and defense experience to represent personal injury clients. He holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Florida Trend Magazine. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in October 1993.
