About Blake Swan
Blake Paul Richard Swan is a Managing Partner at TopDog Law, joining the firm in November 2025 following its acquisition of Keller Swan Injury Attorneys, a trial firm he led headquartered in Jupiter, Florida. He is a proven litigator with extensive trial experience, having represented injury victims and recovered over $90 million on their behalf. Blake earned his B.S. from Roger Williams University in 2006 and his J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2009, finishing in the top 10 percent of his class after his first semester and earning a book award. He took three bar exams over three years and passed each on his first attempt.
