About Windle Turley
Windle Turley founded the Turley Law Firm in 1973 and has spent more than five decades seeking justice for clients in Dallas, North Texas, and across the country. He is known for innovative communication and demonstrative evidence techniques that help juries understand the real impact of an injury. In addition to his litigation work in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, including the U.S. Supreme Court, Mr. Turley has written more than 50 articles on trial preparation and litigation and authored two legal treatises, Aviation Litigation and Firearms Litigation (both Shepard's/McGraw-Hill). He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Product Liability Law at SMU Dedman School of Law in 2016. He has been named to Best Lawyers in America for personal injury litigation continuously since 1983, received the Dallas Bar Association Trial Lawyer of the Year award in 2020, and received the Texas Trial Legends Award from the Dallas Association of Trial Lawyers in 2018.
