Timothy Mott

Timothy Andrew 'Tim' Mott is a Founding Partner of Valiente Mott Injury Attorneys, which he co-founded with Mike Valiente. A third-generation Las Vegas native, he focuses on representing victims of car accidents, defective products, and catastrophic injury, and has tried several cases to verdict without losing a trial.

Mott left Nevada's preeminent insurance defense trial firm - where he represented corporations including Fortune 500 companies and the largest insurance companies in the world - to launch Valiente Mott. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nevada Law Journal and received multiple awards for legal writing. He is licensed in Nevada, Utah, and Washington. He has been repeatedly named Legal Elite in Southern Nevada by Nevada Business Magazine and a Mountain States Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
