Ashcon Minoiefar

Ashcon Minoiefar is an Associate Attorney at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger (Walkup Personal Injury Lawyers) in San Francisco. His practice focuses on medical negligence, premises liability, and transportation negligence cases.

Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Minoiefar earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017 and his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2022. During law school, he founded the UC Law Plaintiffs Law Association in his first year and served as a law clerk at the firm before joining as an associate.

He was inducted into the Tony Patiño Fellowship for public service.
