Joseph A. Nicholson is a Trial Lawyer at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger (Walkup Personal Injury Lawyers) in San Francisco. He has successfully represented individuals and families who suffered catastrophic injuries or wrongful death in a wide variety of contexts, from automobile collisions to elder abuse and defective products. Nicholson joined Walkup in 2017 to expand his practice beyond toxic asbestos claims.
