Jeremy Berman

Jeremy Berman is a litigation attorney at West Coast Trial Lawyers, licensed in California. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree from the USC film school. Jeremy lost his mother as a direct result of an insurance scheme involving medical malpractice, and his experience as a wrongful death plaintiff in his own lawsuit ignited his drive to pursue litigation on behalf of others victimized by abusive insurance practices. After college, Jeremy worked in a personal injury law firm while earning his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School. He then built a successful family business before switching to full-time legal practice in 2021 and joining the West Coast Trial Lawyers litigation team in 2025.
