Brenden Smith

Brenden Smith joined Wettermark Keith's personal injury litigation team in 2024 after beginning his career trying car accident and commercial cases across Alabama. A Cullman native, he has served in the Alabama Army National Guard since 2013, rising to company commander with deployments to Romania and Arizona and earning the Air Assault Badge and a Joint Service Commendation Medal. He studied chemistry and military science at UAB, took his J.D. at Samford's Cumberland School of Law, and was admitted to the Alabama bar in 2021.
