Benjamin Whitley

Benjamin H. Whitley is a partner at Whitley Law Firm's Raleigh office in North Carolina. With over two decades of personal injury experience, he handles personal injury, workers' compensation, medical device and drug claims, and pharmacy malpractice cases.

Whitley earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 2003. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2003.

He has served on the Board of Governors and as chair of the New Lawyers Division of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He wrote 'Cross Examination 101' in Trial Briefs Magazine.
