Gabe Talton

Gabe Talton is an attorney at Whitley Law Firm in North Carolina, with approximately 20 years of practice experience. His work focuses on personal injury and workers' compensation law.

Talton began his legal career as a public defender in Miami before moving to North Carolina. He is fluent in Spanish and dedicated to serving the Latino community.

He earned his B.S. from North Carolina State University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 2004. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2006.

He is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (past Board of Governors), the Wake County Bar, and the North Carolina Bar Association. He has served as past Chair of the Hispanic/Latino Affairs Advisory Council, on the Town of Cary Zoning Board of Adjustment, and as PTA President at East Cary Magnet Middle.

Talton has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America (2026), received the Citizen Lawyer Award from the North Carolina Bar Association (2020), the Order of Service from the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (2010, 2014, 2017), and was named an Emerging Legal Leader by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly (2011).
