Jim Hart

Jim Hart is a partner at Williams Hart & Boundas and a native Texan with decades of experience representing individuals wrongfully injured by negligent corporations. He graduated with honors from Texas Tech School of Law in 1991 and has built an impressive record of courtroom victories involving toxic torts, product liability, trucking collisions, and work-related injuries and deaths, with many cases involving fires and explosions at chemical plants and refineries. Jim was a four-year football letterman at Texas Tech University and served as Co-Captain his senior year, values he says carry into his approach to client representation. He believes strongly in client involvement as a component of case success and strives to ensure clients feel informed throughout the process.
