
About Walt Cubberly
Walt Cubberly is a partner at Williams Hart & Boundas who focuses on representing individuals and families harmed by large corporations, with a particular emphasis on mass tort litigation involving Monsanto Roundup, and rideshare sexual assault cases. California courts appointed him as co-lead in both the Uber and Lyft sexual assault MDL proceedings. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004 and from the University of Houston Law Center magna cum laude in 2009, finishing tenth in his class, admitted to the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barons, and receiving the Lex Award for Constitutional Law. After law school he clerked for a federal judge before joining the firm.
