Scott Brown

Scott Brown was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in the Chicagoland and northwest Indiana area. He graduated from Indiana University Northwest with a degree in Public Affairs and then attended Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan, earning his J.D. in 2016. After law school, he and his wife moved to Tampa, Florida to pursue their legal careers. Scott spent several years in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) defense work before transitioning to representing injured parties in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice claims. He joined Winters & Yonker in 2023 to continue that work on behalf of injury victims.
