David Sammons

David Sammons is a personal injury trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience as lead counsel in complex cases involving commercial vehicle collisions, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and medical malpractice. A Georgia native and former Georgia Tech football player, he earned his B.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1995 and his J.D. from Georgia State University in 1999. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and resides in Marietta, Georgia.
