Erika Oates

Erika Oates is a native of Florence, Alabama with more than 25 years of legal experience. She earned her B.S. from Tuskegee University in 1995 and her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law (Indianapolis) in 2000. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001, she has litigated extensively on both the defense and plaintiff sides of personal injury matters, giving her a comprehensive view of claims valuation and litigation strategy. She is admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.
