Heath Williamson

Heath Williamson is a Georgia attorney who worked as an insurance underwriter for two Fortune 500 carriers before attending law school. He earned his B.A. from the University of West Georgia in 2004 and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta in 2010, and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2013. After law school he spent years defending insurance companies, including in-house work in Atlanta and New York markets, litigating from Magistrate Court to Federal Court. He now represents injured individuals, using that insider experience to anticipate defense tactics. He is admitted throughout Georgia's state and federal courts and the Eleventh Circuit and was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022.
