Joseph Fleishman

Joey Fleishman is a trial attorney with a focus on commercial motor vehicle collisions, auto wrecks, wrongful death, and complex personal injury litigation. He earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014 and his J.D. from UNC School of Law in 2017. Prior to joining Witherite Law Group, he served as a Senior Trial Attorney at a longstanding Atlanta personal injury firm, trying cases as first chair and recovering millions of dollars for clients. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar and was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025.
