Sargun Singh

Sargun Singh is a Chicago-based trial attorney focused on personal injury litigation, complex negligence, motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, rideshare cases, and other catastrophic injury claims. He earned dual B.A./B.S. degrees from Loyola University Chicago in 2019 and his J.D. from UIC School of Law in 2022, where he was active in the South Asian Law Students Association. He began his career in insurance defense, gaining firsthand knowledge of how carriers evaluate and minimize claims, and now uses that insight to benefit plaintiff clients. He is admitted to the Illinois Bar and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Sikh National Bar Association.
