Scott Encher

Scott E. Encher has concentrated his practice in plaintiff's personal injury trial work for more than 25 years. He attended Marquette University and De Paul University, earning his B.A. from De Paul University in 1995, and received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2000. Admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (2000), he has handled hundreds of personal injury and wrongful death cases in state and federal courts throughout Illinois covering trucking and motor vehicle litigation, construction negligence, aviation disasters, premises liability, product liability, and medical negligence. He has authored multiple articles for ITLA publications and seminars and is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
