About Victor Rodriguez II

Victor Rodriguez II grew up in Houston and attended Klein High School, where he was a wrestling Team Captain. Inspired by his father, a prominent personal injury attorney, he earned his B.A. in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2006, where he also clerked for attorney Travis Clardy (now a Texas State Representative). He earned his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law in 2009 and clerked for Chief Justice Brian Quinn of the Seventh Court of Appeals. Before joining Witherite Law Group in 2015 he practiced personal injury law in Lubbock, Texas. He is licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Missouri, and Georgia and is admitted to all federal districts in Texas. In 2017 he attended the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. He has tried more than 30 cases to verdict and holds Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law (2025) and National Board of Trial Advocacy certification in Truck Accident Law (2026). He received the Bob Black Bar Leaders Award from Texas Tech University School of Law Alumni Association in 2014.
