Background

Jerome H. Wolfson is the founder of Wolfson & Leon, which he established in 1963 in Miami, Florida. With over 55 years of experience serving seriously injured accident victims, he focuses exclusively on personal injury cases and cases against insurance companies for wrongful denial of benefits. He also serves as an impartial labor arbitrator. Throughout his career, Wolfson has served as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants across diverse legal fields, including personal injury, criminal defense, workers' compensation, and labor and employment matters. Born in Long Branch, New Jersey, Wolfson attended Valley Forge Military Junior College, then completed his undergraduate studies at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. He moved to South Florida in 1960 and earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1963. He served in the United States Coast Guard until receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1969. He is admitted to the Florida Bar. His son, Jonah Wolfson, now serves as the firm's managing partner.
