Joshua Kohanbash

Joshua R. Kohanbash serves Of Counsel for the California branch of WorkInjuryRights.Com. He is also the founder and Managing Partner of Accident Defenders APC in Los Angeles, California, which he established with the purpose of defending the rights of hard-working employees. His practice covers personal injury (plaintiff) and workers' compensation (claimant) matters, including construction and roofing accidents.

Kohanbash spent over half a decade as an insurance defense attorney, working for various insurance carriers and employers defending multi-million-dollar claims, before switching sides to represent injured employees.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2015.

He was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2022-2025.
